Sizing information
Our bracelets are available in three adult sizes:​ 

Small 16cm 

Medium 17cm 

Large 18cm​ 

Children's 14cm​ 

Alternative sizing available on request. Bracelets are designed to be worn snug to the wrist so please bear this in mind when ordering.​ 

Personalisation
When ordering a personalised bracelet, please state clearly in the text box the personalisation you would like including any hearts or beads between letters. ​ 

Jewellery Care 
Our bracelets should be rolled carefully on and off your hand and not stretched. Please try to avoid getting your bracelet wet. Our bracelets are made from small beads and may be a choking hazard, therefore they are not suitable for small children.​ 

Shipping 
Please allow up to ten working days for your order to arrive. ​ 

Returns 
Our jewellery is handmade to order so we are unable to accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.​
